  • ENTRY FEE PER TEAM IS Rs. 600/- (Rs. Six Hundred Only)
  • 5 Players in a team and 1 reserve player.
  • You need to specify the names of the players in the given field.
  • You need to attach ID proofs for each player in a signle PDF file and the file size should be LESS THAN 8 MB.
  • You need to check The “Terms & Condition” before submitting the form.
  • 124 teams per district.
  • You also need to upload the Entry Fee Payment transaction ID screenshot.
  • All teams need to carry the same color jersey & proper football gear (shoes)
  • দল প্রতি এন্ট্রি ফি হল রুপি। 600/- (মাত্র ছয়শ টাকা)
  • একটি দলে 5 জন খেলোয়াড় এবং 1 জন সংরক্ষিত খেলোয়াড়।
  • আপনাকে প্রদত্ত ক্ষেত্রের খেলোয়াড়দের নাম উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
  • আপনাকে একটি পিডিএফ ফাইলে প্রতিটি প্লেয়ারের জন্য আইডি প্রমাণ সংযুক্ত করতে হবে এবং ফাইলের আকার 4 MB এর কম হওয়া উচিত।
  • ফর্ম জমা দেওয়ার আগে আপনাকে “টার্মস অ্যান্ড কন্ডিশন” চেক করতে হবে।
  • এছাড়াও আপনাকে এন্ট্রি ফি পেমেন্ট লেনদেন আইডি স্ক্রিনশট আপলোড করতে হবে।
  • সমস্ত দলকে একই রঙের জার্সি এবং যথাযথ ফুটবল গিয়ার (জুতা) বহন করতে হবে।
  • প্রতি জেলায় 124 টি দল।
